Live near DC in Fairfax, VA. Hoping to train tough and see what I've got before time and other responsibilities catch up to me.
8 easy this morning.
8 miles easy in my kinvaras. Averaged about 7:00 pace. typical abs and pushups. Exciting week this week. I have 8 easy scheduled everyday for the next few days.

6 easy plus barefoot strides and drills in the gym. Ran out of time this morning. It was an early run since I had to be at work at 8:00 but the gym didn't open until 6:30.
off today although I didn't plan for it. I woke up at 5:30 am to run but I couldn't stay awake and fell back asleep. I had to work so I did that and was tired so I didn't run.
